What's New

New Chef’s Special - Paradise Beef

Introducing Paradise Beef, our head chef’s latest main dish - a beautifully presented plate of dried beef, lightly fried and served on a crisp bed of tamarind-flavoured fried noodles. Accompanied by a side of Sriracha dipping sauce, this dish balances savoury richness with a gentle kick of spice. Finished with a touch of artistry, it’s garnished with fresh parsley and hand-carved carrot flowers.

A Superior Espresso Coffee Experience Has Arrived

We’re pleased to bring a new level of quality to the end of your meal at Red Elephant Siam. In partnership with DG Coffee Roasters, a respected local roastery, we now serve a refined espresso blend made from Honduras Santa Rosa and Brazil Finca Cachoeira green coffee beans.
Roasted in small batches for maximum freshness, this smooth and flavourful coffee is the same connoisseur-grade blend served at Deliciously Gorgeous Café on Cornfield Road in Eastbourne.

Taro or Banana? A Winter Indulgence

As the winter chill sets in, indulge in something warm, sweet and gently comforting.
Available throughout January, you can choose between two delicately flavoured new sticky rice desserts - Taro, or Banana with Black Bean - each served warm, with a scoop of vanilla or honeycomb ice cream.
