Reservations and Deposits
Reservations may require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person. Cancellations are allowed at any time without penalty, unless a non-refundable deposit has been paid. Refunds are at our sole discretion, based on individual circumstances.
Allergens and Dietary Requirements
We provide allergen information on all printed and online menus. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform staff of any allergies or dietary requirements. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in any dish.
Customer Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward our staff and other patrons. Threatening, abusive, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual, at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Anyone asked to leave must do so immediately.

Liability
We are not liable for any delays, errors, or issues arising from third-party ordering platforms. We are not responsible for health issues resulting from unreported allergies or dietary restrictions. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Goods and Services
We cannot guarantee that all menu items will be available at all times. Additionally, our takeaway service may be temporarily withdrawn based on in-house dining demand and operational capacity.
Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that pricing information provided both online and in printed materials is accurate. However, in the event of a discrepancy, we reserve the right to determine the correct price at our sole discretion. No compensation will be offered for pricing errors.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
